Purpose
Kolektif is our institutional implementation of a learning management system. Kolektif Assist is a set of independent, faculty-developed browser tools that fill gaps in the assessment and content-preparation workflow, so that educators with little or no technical background can prepare and review MCQs and marking scripts efficiently.
Problem addressed
- Kolektif accepts bulk MCQ uploads only in an Excel template, while questions are easier to write and vet as plain text (Aiken format).
- Post-examination item analysis (difficulty, discrimination, distractors) is time-consuming without dedicated tools.
- Marking scripts and answer sheets need consistent formatting.

How it supports assessment quality
The tools shorten question preparation and vetting, reduce formatting errors, and make routine post-exam item review practical, so that flawed items can be identified and revised before they are reused.
Privacy
The tools run in the browser and the files you select are processed on your own device. Please do not upload identifiable student data to any third-party service. Use anonymised data wherever possible.

Kolektif Assist is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LearnWorlds. The tools only prepare files; uploading to Kolektif is done by the user through the platform's normal import route.
